Green O’ Aces Pools & Landscape further warrants that the pool structure will remain structurally sound and will hold water for the period of time the pool is owned by the original buyer. (file, decking, plaster, plumbing lines beyond pool structure, electrical, filter, heater, and other accessories are, by definition, not a part of the pool structure.) The term ‘structurally sound’ means the swimming pool is capable of retaining water, and in the event of failure, Green O’ Aces Pools & Landscape will, within the above period, repair the pool structure so that it will retain water.
Pool & Landscaping Proposal Pricing
The prices listed in the proposal are good for 60 days for work being done in 2017 and include a six month warranty on workmanship as well as limited warranties on materials.
