We don’t carry one, but two, contractor’s licenses. Don’t run the risk of hiring an unlicensed contractor. The cost savings may be appealing, however the cheapest contractor may cost you more time and money in the long run. Many times, we’ve been called in to remediate improperly installed projects.
There are many benefits to hiring a Nevada licensed contractor. The basic protection that your contractor has a minimum level of competency in that field. Residential Construction Recovery Fund
Payment may be available from the Recover Fund if you are damaged financially by a project contractually performed on your residence, including construction, remodeling, repair or other improvements. This also includes the damage resulted from certain specified violations of Nevada law by contractor licensed in this State.
